Cancellations​​

​I understand unplanned events can happen unexpectedly, which as a result can fail to make you attend your appointment, however, I respectfully ask you to cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible, failing to cancel within a 24 hour notice will result in a non refundable deposit. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, allow 24 hours minimum prior your appointment to do so, any rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a non refundable deposit. If you show a pattern of last minute cancellations and no shows, you will be asked to pay for the full amount of the treatment when booking.​​

Refunds

Treatments and vouchers purchased before and after any services are non refundable.​​

Payments

​All payments must be made on the day of the appointment. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Payments are made via cash, PayPal and online bank transfer.
